Getting started is easy!

Step 1

The first step is to arrange a free trial.

You can email us at or call her on 0211625459 and she'll arrange a convenient time for you.

The trial is an hour long. It will give you a chance to see what we do and experience The Box. You'll be guided every step of the way by a qualified trainer. No previous experience is necessary.

Step 2

Once you've decided you like what you see, we'll want to get you into the group sessions as soon as we can. If you've got previous CrossFit experience (or similar type of training) then you'll be able to slot right into our sessions.

If you're new to this type of training then don't worry. We understand it can be daunting so we design a personalised Starter Package program for you, we call it an 'On Ramp'. This 'On Ramp' will include some 1-2-1 personal training and is designed to get you up to speed for your entry into the group classes.
